PLMD Group acquired a plot of land in the charming and idyllic market town of Sudbury and built a development of 19 stylish and luxurious one and two-bed apartments with associated parking, communal areas, and a monitored CCTV and video entry system.
AVERY HOUSE, SIDCUP
PLMD Group acquired a bungalow in Sidcup, Kent. We demolished the existing structure to build a new 3-story residential unit Avery House comprising seven self-contained apartments; five 2x bedroom apartments and two 1x bedroom apartments with parking.
MAIDSTONE, KENT
A development consisting of 9 conversion flats and 1 house in Maidstone, Kent. The development consists of a Public House which was converted into a two-three storey building providing 10 units.
